VCF upgrade pre-check is failing with error "Upgrade bundle download status". Check if bundle of type HOST with upgrade version <version> is downloaded to the SDDC Manager

Issue/Introduction

SDDC Manager does not have the bundle in bundle management.

Cause

The SDDC Manager is not connected to the online depot for dl.broadcom.com

Resolution

• Configure the SDDC Manager to connect to dl.broadcom.com depot and download the missing package. 
• If a proxy is required to connect to dl.broadcom.com ensure that you have the proxy configured and the ssl certificate added to SDDC Manager trust.
