VCF Installer Error "Error in configuring VLAN backed transport node collection"

Issue/Introduction

• When running the VCF Installer for 9.x it fails on the "Deploy and Configure NSX Stage" for a Brownfield Imported environment
• The installer fails at the "Create NSX transport node collection stage" with error "Error in configuring VLAN backed transport node collections" 
• 

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.x

VMware NSX 9.x 

Cause

NSX is unable to prepare hosts.

Resolution

1. Login to the NSX UI to see if NSX is unable to prepare the hosts and resolve errors with KB: NSX will not prepare ESX hosts in a VCF environment with the message "Error: Transport Node Collection cannot be updated or deleted for a vSphere Configuration Profiles (VCP) managed cluster. Please do the same via VC VCP workflows. (Error code: 26248)"

2. Complete an inventory sync in VCF Operations: VCF 9.0 NSX-T Edge passwords missing from VCF Ops 9.0 UI
