Multiple connectors not showing Connector version and OS version details.

Issue/Introduction

An administrator reported they are not able to view Connector version and OS details after AWS outage (20th Oct) 

Environment

VMware Live Recovery 7.27.6.0

Cause

According to VMware Live Recovery Engineering team, this is a known issue where the connector fails to restore connectivity to Scale-Out Cloud File System (SCFS) after the outage.

Resolution

Referred the resolution section of the KB : Replication Failures in VLCR Post AWS Outage
