Unable to populate HCX Cloud VCD org networks

Issue/Introduction

• You have the site pairing connected to an HCX Cloud using VCD (VMware Cloud Director).
• While trying to create a New Mobility Group and select the Destination Network, the "Map Virtual Machine Networks" does not list any network and displays: "Could not find matching networks."
  
• The following error is displayed in /common/logs/admin/app.log on the HCX Cloud:

This issue is resolved in VMware HCX 4.11.3, available at Broadcom downloads.
