The issue is caused due to a communication issue between the HCX Manager and the NEW-IX appliance on the management network.
To resolve this issue, make sure the HCX Manager can reach the IX appliance on the management network:
Review and verify routing tables on both the source and destination networksEnsure proper routing rules or static routes exist to allow traffic between the HCX Manager and IX.Verify that firewalls, security groups, or network ACLs are not blocking traffic between the HCX Manager and IX.Confirm that the default gateway configuration is correct on both the HCX Manager and NEW-IX applianceVerify that the IX appliance is connected to the correct port group to ensure HCX Manager reachabilityTest connectivity using PING and TRACEROUTE after making routing changesOnce network connectivity is established, retry the Service Mesh creation processThe Service Mesh deployment should complete successfully once communication between HCX Manager and IX is established via the management network.
