VMC on AWS, Encountering an error "Failed to download upgrade bundle: Cannot build l a download URL Not able to generate token." while attempting to update HCX Cloud Manager

Issue/Introduction

• Started HCX upgrade, and it says in VMC portal that HCX upgrade is in progress but when logging in to HCX you see the following error:
  
• The HCX upgrade never actually starts.

Resolution

When upgrading HCX in VMC on AWS, follow Upgrade HCX for VMware Cloud on AWS and select HCX version that is currently supported and is not EOS/EOL as per Product Lifecycle.
