SDDC Manager upgrade prechecks to 5.2.2 fails with SDDC Root userpassword status, known_hosts security configuration and TrustSTore health

Issue/Introduction

When running upgrade precheck on SDDC manager from 5.1.1 to 5.2.2.

Three precheck failures occurred. 

1. SDDC Manager root user Password status.- "message": "Root user password expired or is near expiration. This is a critical error if the password expired, and a warning if there are 30.0 or fewer days before it expires",
    "remediationMessage": "Update root user password for sddc-manager (https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Cloud-Foundation/4.5/vcf-admin/GUID-8B7A8AF0-B91F-4145-AF6B-822C47429C52.html)"

2. known_hosts security configuration -  "message": "known_hosts configuration check reported errors",
    "remediationMessage": "Ensure that the known_hosts file has correct read/write permissions set"

3. TrustStore Health -  "message": "Trust store configuration check reported errors",
    "remediationMessage": "Ensure that the trust store files have correct read/write permissions set"
