Error "1 required file(s) missing" when installing VCF Operations for Networks 9.0

Issue/Introduction
When attempting to install VCF Operations for Networks 9.0, you are getting the following error in vCenter UI:
"1 required file(s) missing: browse again and use multiple selection to reselect the OVF template and all required files. If you are trying to import a .ova file then it may be missing file(s). Missing file(s) : VMware-Cloud-Foundation-Operations-for-Networks-9.0.1.0.24950933-collector-file1.nvram"
- You see this error at the time of installation.
- You have downloaded the OVA from the Broadcom Support Portal.
- You are deploying the OVA directly in vCenter.
- The platform node has not yet been deployed.

Cause
VCF Operations for Networks 9.0 is a component of the integrated VCF 9.0 stack and must be installed using VCF Fleet Manager.
Resolution
If your enviornment is already utilizing VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0, then you should deploy VCF Operations for Networks 9.0 using VCF Fleet Manager.
- VCF Operations for Networks 9.0 cannot be deployed in a stand-alone manner. As part of the workflow in VCF Fleet Manager, it will deploy at least 1 platform node and 1 collector node as per the technical documentation Deploying VCF Operations for Networks.
If your enviornment is not yet utilizing VCF Cloud Foundation 9.0, then you should deploy Aria Operations for Networks 6.14 as per the following technical documentation:
