The LCM synchronization with vROps failed. Error code: LCMVROPSYSTEM25026

• VCF Operations/Automation (formerly VMware Aria Suite)

Issue/Introduction

• In Aria Lifecycle, inventory sync of Aria Operations fails with Error code: LCMVROPSYSTEM25026
• Aria Operations is in an environment with other products such as Aria Operations for Logs (vRLI) or Aria Automation
• Node Information of one of the products is missing details in Lifecycle Operations > Environments > View Details > Select Each Product and check the Node Information

Environment

Aria Lifecycle Manager 8.x

Cause

When the Inventory sync collects information about Operations and tries to do a discovery on all of the products associated with it. If LCM is missing details, then the sync fails.

Resolution

1. Perform an inventory sync of Each of the other Products in the Environment. 
2. If they are all successful, try the vROPs inventory sync again as the sync should populate any missing details.
3. If any fail, check for missing details in Lifecycle Operations > Environments > View Details > Select Each Product and check the Node Information to see if it is missing for VM name, FQDN or IP address. 
4. If there is missing information the product will need to be removed from the environment and re-added as per
   Error while preparing SDDC Manager payload for product registration - LCMVCF19113 or Day 2 operations failing from Aria Suite Lifecycle with 'unknown source' error
