Unable to remove cluster from SDDC Manager that is already unstretched

Issue/Introduction

• Cluster was unstretched on the vSphere UI on the vCenter side instead of being unstretched on the SDDC Manager side 
• Removing the cluster fails with error "Please unstretch cluster with ID <cluster_ID> before removing it" and the unstretch task fails 

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.x 

Resolution

1. Attempt to run the unstretch on the SDDC Manager and re-run the delete cluster task. Unstretch a Cluster in VMware Cloud Foundation.

2. If this fails, remove the cluster manually from SDDC Manager: How to manually remove a stale cluster from the SDDC Manager database after an unsuccessful cluster deletion attempt.
