Seeing issue with one or more license when logging into SDDC manager

Issue/Introduction

• Under Inventory>Workload Domains a banner shows up that says "License check: Failed to fetch assigned licenses."
• The Inventory>Workload Domain Certificates section shows Expired certificates for one or more vCenters.

Environment

VCF 5.2.0.0

Cause

The license check is unable to finish because of the expired licenses.

Resolution

Update the certificates on the vCenters with expired certificates and the License check should be able to succeed.
