Issue/Introduction

• VCF Operations for Networks has an NSX data source configured.
• The NSX data source is not an NSX Federated deployment.
• Collector logs shows many API calls to Global Managers with a 400 response.

[Timestamp] WARN policymanager.utils.PolicyManagerUtils  lambda_getFederationId_0:276 Failed to fetch response for global-infra/global-manager. It must non-federated environment.
com.vnera.dataproviders.core.common.impl.dataprovider.utils.exceptions.HttpException: Could not get response for /policy/api/v1/global-infra/global-managers, status 400

• Other than the log output there's no functional impact.

This issue is resolved in VMware VCF Operations for Network 9.0, available at Broadcom downloads.
