This article describes the process to follow in order to extend Anti-Spam Quarantined email's retention period beyond 14 days.

Resolution

By Default, Anti-spam quarantined emails are retained for a limited period of 14 days. If your organization requires to extend this default retention period for example to 30 days, All Email Security.cloud customers are advised to Contact Support in order to have the retention period extended.
