Issue/Introduction

• After changing the MTU size in the network profile, you may see unreasonable throughput values in HCX UI > Infrastructure > Transport Analytics > Transport Monitor > Throughput (Mbps):
  

Environment

HCX 4.11.2 and earlier

Cause

An MTU change in the network profile causes the throughput calculation to overlook cases of counter resets. This oversight results in inaccurate numbers that do not reflect actual throughput.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware HCX 4.11.3, available at Broadcom downloads.
