Upgrading vCenter from a USB image of the ISO is not supported

Issue/Introduction

This article is to address a misunderstanding around the upgrade process from vCenter 7 to 8.

Environment

vCenter 8.x
vCenter 7.x

Resolution

The upgrade is not designed to be run from a boot image like an ISO or USB image on the vCenter itself.
