Issue/Introduction

• The Lifecycle appliance fails to boot after the upgrade is installed.
• The command 'vrlcm-cli --health-status' returns an output similar to below;

bootstrap ------------- INPROGRESS
postgres -------------  Not Running
vrlcm-server ------------- Not Running
blackstone ------------- Not Running

• pgService and vpostgres are not running on the vIDM nodes.

Resolution

Follow the steps outlined in the KB below to remove the tcsh package from the Lifecycle appliance.
