End User notifications do not pop up on top of other windows

Issue/Introduction

Users have noticed that End User notifications do not pop up on top of other windows.  Is there a way to get them to be on top?  You have a critical notification that needs to go out and want it to be seen by users.

Environment

8.7.2 and lower.

Cause

There was a bug that was not allowing the window to be brought to the front.  Windows Store apps are difficult to put another window in front of.

Resolution

A change was made in 8.7.3 and 8.8 that now allow the End User notifications to pop on top.  In the event that a Windows Store app is in focus, and the notification is not able to be on top, it will keep trying until it is on top.  In testing, when the user changed focus to a different app, the notification was then displayed on top.

A fix has been added to our next release:  ITMS 8.8.1
