When performing the installation, you might see a Migrator Failure errors message during a fresh installation:
Keyword: REHL 9 Red Hat ncurses-compat-libs ncurses compat libs
You may find that ncurses-compat-libs has been moved to the EPEL for RHEL 9, and this is a required prerequisite for NFA.
yum install ncurses-compat-libs
Last metadata expiration check: 1:46:30 ago on Wed 16 Oct 2024 01:34:24 PM UTC.
No match for argument: ncurses-compat-libs
Error: Unable to find a match: ncurses-compat-libs
So it looks like a missing prerequisite maybe be the cause in this issue:
ncurses-compat-libs
You may notice the following when trying to install it:
yum install ncurses-compat-libs Last metadata expiration check: 1:46:30 ago on Wed 16 Oct 2024 01:34:24 PM UTC. No match for argument: ncurses-compat-libs Error: Unable to find a match: ncurses-compat-libs
To fix, try the following:
[root@server]# dnf config-manager --set-enabled crb [root@server]# dnf install epel-release
After this, you can try running the installer again:
[root@server]# yum install ncurses-compat-libs
Once the dependancy is installed, you can uninstall NFA, using the following steps:

After you've rebooted, you should be ready to reinstall once more. With ncurses-compat-libs installed, you should be able to complete the NFA installation without issue.
