Issue/Introduction

Can analytics be used to connect to multiple database via a load balancer? There is no mention that is not possible

It only states that “Analytics to use its own Postgres database”, there is no mention about not supporting high availability model for Analytics.

Resolution

Automic Analytics is intended as a single database components and as such Automic Automation is only able to connect to one Analytics database, High Availability is not available at this time.

If High Availability for Analytics is you're interested in, please contact Support with regards to a Request for Enhancement (RFE) so that Broadcom can gauge interest in this feature and assess whether it should be added to the product
