1. To Create a Request for Enhancement Please open a support ticket using the below template
To create a support case, use one of the following options:
Go directly to the Broadcom case management portal
Have you already discussed this Enhancement Request with your Solution Engineer or Account Team? If yes, please provide us with the Broadcom team member you have been working with?
Your Deployment
What version of the PRODUCT do they have installed
If Netops: Specify if your request is for a specific NetOps component (Spectrum, VNA, NFA)
Problem Description
Brief Description of the Problem: (What problem is the proposed enhancement aiming to solve?)
Who does this affect?(User roles, departments, customer segments etc.)
How frequently does this occur? (if applicable)
What is the impact today? (On users, business etc.)
Include screenshots as appropriate
Enhancement Description
Brief Description of the request: (What specifically are you proposing should be changed or added in the product?)
How would this solve the problem described above?
What benefits does this enhancement provide? (E.g. improved efficiency, cost savings, improved user satisfaction, reinforced security, etc.)
