Swap EU cluster to US or EU Quarantine to US

Issue/Introduction

This article describes a scenario when your organization requires a servers relocation from EU to US  or from US to EU. 

Environment

Email Security.cloud

Resolution

In order to move from an EU cluster to US cluster, or you would like to move your Quarantined emails from EU servers to US servers  Contact Support.

Note:  Moving from a region to another will not impact your existing Quarantined emails, newest quarantined email will go to the new servers region. Example if you had 50 quarantined in EU servers these will remain until they are auto deleted after 14 days. The new emails will start to be quarantined in the US servers.
