No Email Notifications Being Delivered From CarbonBlack.com When On Hit Email Me is Enabled

Issue/Introduction

Watchlist is configured to Email on hit, but not getting any emails sent

Environment

• EDR Server: All Supported Versions

Cause

Alliance issues are preventing emails from [email protected] from being sent

Resolution

1. Edit the /etc/cb/cb.conf file
2. Change the following line

   #[email protected]

3. To the following

   [email protected]

4. Restart the services
5. Reproduce a behavior that should send an email and verify that emails are now being received

Additional Information

Both [email protected] and [email protected] should work but currently only [email protected] is
