How to find your main Admin Account ( Mincref ) in the ClientNet portal

Issue/Introduction

This article describes a scenario when you need to find your main admin account known as Mincref for certain Symantec products especially when you need to configure your DLP CDS. 

Environment

Email Security.cloud

Resolution

Each account ID is found under Administration > User Management  tab in the ClientNet portal and always differentiated from other accounts with 3 letters + 4 digits (Example : ABC1234)

 

Note : Certain Accounts may not have the Mincref known as main admin account due to some specific provisioning instruction, in such scenario clients are advised to Contact Support.
