This alarm is triggered when the consumption of any assigned license including (ESXi host, vSAN, or SRM) exceeds its allocated capacity within vCenter.
Menu > Administration.Licensing, click Licenses.Products tab.Hosts (or Assets) tab. Hosts tab, and remove any legacy hosts that are no longer present in your vCenter inventory. License inventory is not compliant. License are overused.Monitor tab, click Acknowledge, and select Reset to Green
