Issue/Introduction

I would to get Export functions on the GUI for the following:

Services
Predictions - Which Services and\or Entities are included for Predictions
Universes - Which Services are included in Universes
Users
Alarm Queue Filter definitions
 

All these Exports will be primarily for Backup and Reporting purposes.
