Issue/Introduction

When attempting to perform a cmdlet that contains certain non-English character(s), a message similar to the message below may appear:

Invoke-ReadSecurityPolicyForDomain: Error calling ReadSecurityPolicyForDomain: {
    "module_name" : "common-services",
    "error_message" : "The request was rejected because the URL contained a potentially malicious string \"%25\"",
    "error_code" : 400
}

Environment

VMware NSX

Cause

When a client sends an NSX PowerCLI command with a URL that includes a UTF-8 encoded character, NSX mistakenly interprets the character as ISO-8859-1.
