Alerts triggered during suppression window

Issue/Introduction

We have recently upgrade UIM tool from 23.4 CU2 to 23.4 CU4

Before upgrading the tool, we deployed the new version of maintenanace_mode probe (23.4.4.1)

Today we had a suppression window from 5Am to 3 PM.In the suppression Window we  received the alerts on some servers which are in suppression.

UIM 23.4 CU4

Resolution

Alarms  triggered from cdm and ntservices probe for these servers during maintenance period 

Although these  servers are present in OC some metrics are missing in OC metrics tab example data for cdm and ntservices probes although data was seen in PRD for these probes 

Since these servers had the controller probe in cm_blacklist_device table metrics were not populating correctly

Also due to this the maintenance tables did not have the correct device id to add these devices in mainteance

After unblocking these devices from the blacklist table and steps in below KB we could see the metrics populating correctly in OC metrics tab for these servers 

Unable to view CDM metrics for one server.

After this the maintenance was tested and alerts were getting suppressed as expected for these servers
