Accessing Aria Operations for Logs using vIDM authentication fails with the error: "Incorrect issuer in SAML AuthnRequest"

Issue/Introduction

• Trying to access Aria Operations for Logs using vIDM  authentication, the pages redirect to vIDM, and it shows the error below : Incorrect issuer in SAML AuthnRequest." 
  
  

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.18.x

VMware Identity Manager 3.3.7

Resolution

1. Open the Aria Operations for Logs UI and browse to Configuration >> Authentication >> Workspace ONE Access
   If there is a load balancer in front of your vIDM deployment, ensure that you are using the address of this Load Balancer in the host field.
   
   
2. Clear  the cache in the web browser or use incognito mode

Login from VMware Identity Manager fails with error "Failed to log in with VMware Identity Manager service" for VMware Aria Operations 8.x

VIDM login error on one of the nodes "Error Incorrect issuer in SAML AuthnRequest.
