VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator Plug-in for Amazon EC2 fails to recognize the newer, "gen 8" instanceType

Issue/Introduction

• The eighth generation Amazon EC2 instances are not supported by the Orchestrator plug-in included up to 8.18.1.
• Cannot create enum from m8g.large value - the following example JavaScript code fails:
  • var instanceType = EC2InstanceType.fromValue("m8g.large");

Environment

• VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator 8.18.x

Cause

• The plug-in uses AWS SDK for Java 1.x (  https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-java/ ).
• SDK version 1.x is not being updated for gen8 instance types.

Resolution

• Gen8 Instance Types are not currently supported for use with plugin: "VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator Plug-in for Amazon EC2".
• Instance types up to Gen7 can be used with the latest version of the plug-in.
