Deploying an Automation-ResourceAction failed with error LCMBLACKSTONE213012

Issue/Introduction

• Deploying a Automation-ResourceAction is failing regardless if selecting 'Include all dependencies' or not. 
• Reviewing the Deploy Stage Request the following error can be seen

Environment

Aria Suite Lifecyle Manager 8.18 (including Patch 1 & 2) 

Cause

The issue can occur if the Resource Action was configured to be available for any project.

Resolution

If you encounter this issue raise a ticket with Broadcom support and reference this article id 401845
