When trying to run jobs in CCS, in the Deployment view the CCS Manager with the 'Load Balancer' role is marked red with the following error:
This CCS Manager failed to respond to the last Health and Status update query. The last successful Health and Status update for this component occurred at <Date> <Time>. Repair the Load Balancer and then run the Health and Status job again, to get the updated status of the CCS Managers connected to this Load balancer.

The CCS managers have had connection issues, or they have failed to update their status.
To force a sync between the CCS components, do the following:
*NOTE: If custom H&S jobs have been created then follow the below KB to identify them and verify they are configured correctly, then run custom H&S job.
