Issue/Introduction

• When logging into Aria Operations UI, the error below is received.

  •  Error: Data Retriever is not initialized yet, please wait

Environment

Aria Operations 8.x

Cause

This error can be caused by the high utilisation of the '/storage/db' partition of an Aria Operations node.

• SSH to the node/nodes in the cluster.
• Run the command below to see partition utilisation;

  • df -h

• In the example below, we can we that the '/storage/db' utilisation is at 95%.

Resolution

This is resolved by adding a disk to the node/nodes. Those steps can be found in the KB below;
