Usage Meter 9.X reports "Incomplete collection" in the NSX-T connection status

Issue/Introduction
After adding NSX-T to the Usage Meter 4.X web application, the status of the connection to the product shows "Incomplete collection" intermittently.
/var/log/vmware-um-platform/collection-nsx-t-main.log reports the following warning.
2025-05-21 04:13:38.741 WARN --- [collector-main-thread] c.vmware.um.collector.CollectionHelper : Displaying warning notification: Could not detect cpuCores for host node with id ########-####-####-####-#. Skiping it from reporting.
It is also reported under the notifications.
Environment
VMware vCloud Usage Meter 9.0
Cause
Issue with transport nodes (hosts) in the NSX-T.
Resolution
The IDs above are presenting transport nodes (hosts) in the NSX-T. Verify and Fix the state in NSX-T administration panel.
