Network Path is Unknown in Aria Operations for Networks

Issue/Introduction

Alert notification in Aria Operations for Networks, Network Map showing some devices are not processing data. Path search and intent verification may be not available for some devices. 

Network Path is showing as unknown.

Environment

Aria Operations for Networks 6.12.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.12.1
Aria Operations for Networks 6.13.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.14.0

Cause

Database is showing memory fully for flows associated with certain physical devices. 

If you click on the number of devices from the alert notification, it will bring up the devices it is having trouble processing data.

Resolution

A patch is being developed for 6.14. In the mean time, please open a Broadcom Support case with platform and collector logs attached for review with engineering.
