NOTE:  VCF Operations for Networks was formerly named Aria Operations for Networks (AON), and prior to that was named vRealize Network Insight (vRNI).

Environment

VCF Operations for Networks

Cause

Click on the number shown (in this example, the "39 devices") in the alert and it will bring up all the devices that are having issues.

We have documented some product integrations where VCF Operations for Networks does NOT support the Network Map feature for those devices.

If the devices are Cisco ACI devices, then ask your Cisco support representative to confirm whether or not the devices are in a single APIC cluster (Multi-Pod) or multiple APIC clusters (Multi-Site).

Cisco ACI Switches in Multi Pod or Multi Site mode are not supported by VCF Operations for Networks.
