OneClick launch-web-server-script fails

Issue/Introduction

We've configured a OneClick menu customization to execute a command on the server.

The output dialog on the OneClick client shows the correct command but no command output and keeps spinning the progress bar forever.

Environment

Spectrum 23.3.7

Resolution

This cannot be reproduced on a later version of Spectrum  (24.3.9)

On 23.3.7, this was resolved by restarting Tomcat on the OneClick server.
