Issue/Introduction
- SNMP Manager fails to poll NSX Edge
- SNMP traps are not sent to SNMP Managers.
- get service snmp shows state is stopped.
- syslog says snmpd fails to allocate memory.

<TIMESTAMP> <HOSTNAME> snmpd <number> - - <number>:parse_vendor: vendor id '<vendor_id>' not found in file /usr/share/hwdata/pci.ids, no vendor/device description
<TIMESTAMP> <HOSTNAME> snmpd <number> - - <number>:load_pci_info: no pci device info found for nic: eth0
Resolution
This issue is resolved in NSX-T Data Center 3.2.4, and NSX 4.1.2.
To start SNMP service, run command start service snmp.
