Critical alarms at application side are seen due to the reboot issues.

Resolution

To troubleshoot and diagnose such issues, please collect the Esxi, vCenter, TCA and TKG logs referring the below KBs and contact Broadcom support

Collecting diagnostic information for ESXi hosts and vCenter Server using the vSphere Client

Collecting diagnostic information for VMware vCenter Server 7.x and 8.x

Collect TCA-M and TCA-CP Logs

How to manually collect logs from a TKG cluster

Such issues, cannot be diagnosed from the TCA side, You need to contact the vCenter and ESXi team.
