Issue/Introduction

SDDC Manager UI Updates tab, the following warnings and errors may be present:

 

 

Environment

VCF SDDC Manager 4.x
VCF SDDC Manager 5.x

 

Cause

One or more components are in an ERROR or other than ACTIVE status in the SDDC Manager database.  

Resolution

Open a technical support case with Broadcom VMware CF support for assistance in identifying the component(s) at issue and editing the SDDC Manager database.

• Generate and Upload a log bundle from the SDDC Manager to the support case for review
  
  • Collecting diagnostic information from VMware SDDC Manager
  • Uploading files to cases on the Broadcom Support Portal
