Issue/Introduction

• Identity Manager FQDN reports Error connecting to the identity manager FQDN in the health status
• No connectors are visible in the UI when navigating to Identity & Access Management
• No evidence of  config-state.json corruption as per kb VMware Identity Manager Connector may fail to communicate due to config-state.json corruption
• nslookup for all nodes is reporting correctly, If not please refer KB Can't log in to VMware Identity Manager GUI through VIP 
• 

Environment

VIDM 3.3.7

Resolution

1. Take a snapshot of VIDM nodes.
2. Run a Graceful Shutdown and Power On of a VMware Identity Manager PostgreSQL cluster
