Cannot upgrade VMware Live Site Recovery - Appliance Management Interface web page not found Status 404

Issue/Introduction

• VLR  appliance VAMI does not load.
• Access to VAMI :5480 is meet with HTTPS- 404 Error.
• No ability to manage/reconfigure VLR operations.

Environment

VMware Site Recovery Manager 8.x
VMware Live Site Recovery 9.x

Cause

Missing xml files in file structure.

Resolution

Source the file /opt/vmware/drconfigui/conf/web.xml from a working VLR server and copy it to the non-working system.
