VMware SDDC Manager

Issue/Introduction

  • The VCF environment has no access to the internet
  • SDDC manager is on version 5.2 or higher and is using the Flexible BOM for the component upgrades.
  • The target async patch bundle has already been successfully uploaded to the SDDC manager using the Bundle Transfer Utility and it appears available in the Bundle Management page on the UI.
  • When going to Plan Patching page to modify the BOM the patch does not appear despite been compatible with the actual version of SDDC manager. Instead on the target version we seeing "No patches available"
