Users are encountering difficulties in utilizing multi-monitor in PAM when setting the protocol to "RDP" while using the mstsc.exe in TCP/UDP Service. Also in PAM Native RDP, users can change the (default) resolution of the RDP applet to a customized size, such as 3000x1200. This will span the resulting session across both screens. However, although the screen is larger, it does not genuinely expand into two separate screens, which is the experience when using mstsc.exe without PAM in context.
Affected Versions: 4.2.1
Current Limitations
Multi-Monitor Mode:
At this time, PAM does not support true multi-monitor mode. Therefore, it's not possible to fully replicate the dual-screen functionality with session recording.
Session Recording:
While session recording is a key feature of PAM, it is currently limited to configurations that do not effectively utilize multiple monitors.

Users can utilize multi-monitor in PAM when setting the protocol to "none" while using the mstsc.exe in TCP/UDP Service as workaround. However, in this way will not be possible to recording the session.
