Issue/Introduction

How do you submit Ideas/Enhancement Requests for Symantec Privileged Access Management (PAM) product?

Environment

• CA PAM
• ALL Supported PAM (Privileged Access Management) versions.

Resolution

File “Ideas” (or “Enhancement Requests” as they were previously called) on the Communities. This initiative was started with a vision to make product enhancements more community driven. We have now given customers the ability to vote on the Ideas that other customers enter as well.

1. Log in to the IDEAS section of the Broadcom Communities page.
2. Select "add."
3. Create your idea for Category called "Symantec Privileged Access Manager". Be as descriptive as possible. 
4. This puts your enhancement request on the community website that other customers can see. This page is reviewed regularly by product management.
