Unable to place vSAN host in full evacuation maintenance mode

Issue/Introduction
When running a precheck on a host in a four node vSAN cluster to place it into a full evacuation maintenance mode the error 1 more standalone host is required is returned
Environment
VMware vSAN 7.x
Cause
When checking the vSAN objects it was determined that the host still contained objects using a raid 5 storage policy, which requires 4 active hosts.
Resolution
The objects will need to wither be converted to raid 1 or if the object is no longer required deleted from the cluster.
