Will pipeline break if api automation is tied to a specific users email account and that user leaves the company?

Issue/Introduction

A user is concerned that their pipeline automation can break if an individual (whose credentials are tied to api automation) leaves the company. 

Cause

This users concern stems from Broadcoms Policy not allowing shared accounts.

Resolution

"Use of a shared email account or a distribution list (PDL) is a security risk and a violation of the Terms of Use for the Broadcom support portal".

Additional Information

1. It is recommended as best practice for users/admin to keep an updated 'internal action plan' accessible.  This plan should involve a process to rotate any credentials that are used for any automation. 
2. The site admin is suggested to ensure they give multiple accounts siteIDs for redundancy sake.
