Decommissioned SRM or vSphere Replication server still showing in vCenter 'Site Recovery' tab

Issue/Introduction

If SRM or vSphere Replication were decommissioned and still shows in the Site Recovery tab, there are still some stale entries in the vCenter's lookupservice.

Environment

Live Recovery (Any version)

SRM (Any version)

vSphere Replication (Any version)

Cause

This is caused by incorrectly decommissioning the appliance(s).
