Issue/Introduction

NSX download option just gives a circle with a line through it when trying to download products using the Broadcom Support portal.

Cause

Unable to download if Broadcom Terms and Conditions or EULA is not checked or Accepted. 

Resolution

Please check "I agree to Broadcom Terms and Conditions" before you proceed or Accept the Broadcom EULA by marking the checkbox, if required Download the desired deliverable and readme file for links to any OEM documentation
