Integrating Identity Manager with applications using Aria Suite Lifecycle creates an entry in the Catalog of Identity Manager for the particular application you are integrating.
The Administrator view of the catalog in Identity Manager UI contains an entry for each application integrated by Aria Suite Lifecycle with Identity Manager and will look similar to the following:
If an entry is deleted from the catalog in Identity Manager it cannot be added back using Aria Suite Lifecycle.
The Identity Manager integration will be greyed out and re-registering will not recreate the application link that was deleted.

If the application has been deleted from the catalog directly in Identity Manager the only way to add it back is to select NEW in the screenshot and create it manually in the catalog.
The Target URL should be same with your integration URL. (using local/admin login vROPS/ Log insight/LCM/vRA and check the integration)
also The Target URL can be found by reviewing developer tools in the browser while attempting to login to the application.
The whole Request URL can be copied and pasted as the Target URL.
Also you need Check the respected ClientID with vROPS/ Log insight/LCM/vRA remote app access in WSA and correct the redirect URL.
The above resolution is specifically for the scenario where an application is manually deleted from the catalog in Identity Manager.
There is another known issue where ALL the expected applications are missing from the catalog.
