Environment

Aria Orchestrator 8.18.x

Cause

This issue can occur if an incorrect or corrupted .iso file is being used to upgrade Aria Orchestrator.

Resolution

Verify that a valid Orchestrator .iso file is being used for the upgrade.

An example valid upgrade .iso file for Aria Orchestrator will be in the format: "O11N_VA-8.18.1.36791-24281602-updaterepo.iso".

Check the MD5/SHA2 checksum of the .iso file against the checksums provided on the Broadcom Support portal to ensure the file is not corrupted.
